Disparities remain in America's schools - Connecticut Post

In Bridgeport with a population of approximately 147K as of 2012, 39.6% White, 34.6% Black/African American, 4.3% Two or more races, 38.2% Hispanic , shows a 77% minority population in Bridgeport.
If that is true  I question the assumption  made which reports  "Black preschoolers are more likely face
suspension."  Question:  Facing suspension in Pre-School? Facing suspension in Junior High or High School based on the lack of access to advanced math?  How many of the students in this study had learning disabilities upon entering school that either went unnoticed or simply swept under the report card?

Let's be clear the United States is not in the top ranks when it comes to education.  Unequaled funding is a variable in this equation.  Who is going to fight the good fight with this skewed information to insure that the numbers are lowered?
